Ginger Prawn Dumpling Soup

Serves 4


  • 200g Mrs Tran’s Kitchen Ginger Prawn Dumplings
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 5cm ginger, unpeeled
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, smashed
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • 3 stalks of spring onion, sliced in half
  • 2 tbsp spring onion, for garnish


  1. Bring all soup ingredients to a boil.
  2. Simmer on low for 10 minutes, then remove ginger and garlic cloves and bring it back to a boil.
  3. Lower in wontons and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Serve into bowls and garnish with green onions.
