Specialising in pasta fresca all’uovo (fresh egg pasta) which comprises only 3 ingredients, last-seasons harvest of Italian flour, Australian egg yolk & water. CJ’s Pasta is revered for their bronze die extruded fresh egg pasta with many shapes & cuts available. The pasta ripiena or filled pastas are filled with 100% fresh ingredients with everything being made in-house by their qualified team of chefs. The gnocchi is made from sea salt baked potatoes, egg yolk & premium Italian flour with no additives or binding agents.
