Peter Einersen founded PE foods as a manufacturers agent for Staminade, a sports drink supplement. Peter drew on his considerable experience working in the wholesale and distribution industries prior going into business for himself.
 
In 1990 Peter diversified the business to become a bakery ingredient wholesaler, ultimately priding itself on being a one stop shop supplier.
 
Peter has held several prominent board roles including Countrywide and Australian Bakery Services buying groups.
 
Peter takes a great interest in the investment of IT development in the business to ensure that we are ahead of the current trends.
 
Peter is immensely proud of what the business has grown into today.

Matt  has been involved with PE foods since 2001 and has driven and diversified the business from a small bakery wholesale ingredient supplier to an all encompassing food distribution business catering to many segments of the food service industry. Throughout this process he has driven the acquisitions of Jimele Distribution, B&D Selected Fine foods, France Gourmet, Epicurean Gold and Chefs Best operating throughout 4 facilities. The business range has grown to over 6442 product skus under his leadership which are procured from Australia and around the world.

Matt is extremely proud to have seen our team grow to the size it is today. Its important to him that the team are recognised for their significant & valuable contribution which provides the very best customer experience.

Patti Brennan graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium in 2006 after obtaining her Bachelor of Music. Shortly after Patti commenced a career in Legal Services with an Attorney Firm in Brisbane City where she worked for 10 years.
 
In 2017 Patti was asked to join the family business as HR Manager to support the growth of our ever expanding team
 
Patti leads the activities of the human resource unit and delivers human resource services in accordance with workforce and legislative requirements and organisational policies.

These services include recruitment, payroll, workplace health and safety and Industrial Relations, along with driving the companies Culture programme “One team one dream”.

B.Sc. in Accountancy and Financial Management. A member of CPA Australia and Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA).
 
Nalin started with PE Foods in Nov 2018 as Chief Financial Officer to drive the operational and financial growth of PE foods at a strategic level. He is responsible for the financial and administration functions and controls of the company. His main role is to provide dynamic financial management information and directions to the Senior and Executive Leadership Teams to drive the strategic decision-making process.

With a successful 20-years track record he is known for his strategic and visionary leadership, reporting capabilities of financial and non-financial KPI specifically in the food manufacturing and distribution sector. Before moving to the commercial sector, Nalin worked 3 years at Ernst & Young as a management consultant .

Sam is responsible for the sales, marketing and brand communication.

With a 30-year career in the food industry, Sam has an extensive network and strong relationships with leading producers, chefs, café and fine dining restaurant proprietors along with multiple retailers and food and beverage distributors.
 
Sam has worked extensively in the food & beverage industries, starting in her own family business and is absolutely passionate about Australian produce, local artisans and farmers dedicating her entire working life to championing their cause in one way or another.
 
Sam has  remained working within the family owned and operated business framework including her own Cake Manufacturing business supplying Hotels chains, Restaurants, Cafes, Hospitals and various sites around Australia.

This experience helps her identify with customers and suppliers alike.

Sam believes her greatest strength is her amazing team of sales and customer service superstars.

Robin has 15 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics, 10 of those at PE Foods,
He has an intricate understanding of not just the logistical side of the business but the distribution and warehousing requirements needed for the types of customers PE Foods services.

Robin is systems and process driven making him the perfect fit to oversee our warehouse  logistics and HACCP programs.

Alun has a life-long passion and commitment to quality food inspired by his South African heritage, exposure to European and Asian food influences and a successful career that has spanned over 30 years in the food and hospitality service industry. 

For over 12 years, Alun operated and owned bars and restaurants in South Africa and Australia managing training, cooking and leading teams in superior customer service and food experience.

With a keen sense of product innovation and development, Alun moved from restaurants into foodservice in 2006.

It was during this time that Alun developed a passion for identifying and delivering fine European food products into the Australian market and manufacturing Italian influenced artisanal products using quality Australian produce. In 2019 Alun transitioned into his role as Procurement Manager for PE foods where he continues to source and pursue the best available food and beverage products for the market.
