Peter Eisener and his son started P.E. Foods in 1981 as the Staminade Agency, supplying drinks to vending machines in sports centres. The business quickly diversified when they recognised an opportunity to supply bakeries. The company grew as the product base grew:- In 2013, our team purchased Jimele Foods Provedore, which supplies artisanal and specialist food items, widening the product and client base significantly.
- When we wanted to expand our retail customer base, we acquired B&D Selected Fine Foods. This acquisition meant that we were able to provide a superior small goods offering as well.
- Buying other reputable food suppliers such as France Gourmet in 2107, Epicurean Gold in 2018, and Chefs Best in 2020 further increased our repertoire. We are proud to say that we have over seven thousand products available and stock hundreds of brands, all to make your life easier.
