1. Promotion Period: 
  • The promotion begins on 1 May 2024 and ends at 11.59pm 31 May 2024 (“Promotion Period”). 
  1. Eligibility: 
  • Open to customers of PE Foods aged 18 years or older. 
  • Employees of PE Foods, Maleny Soft Dairy, their immediate families, and associated companies are not eligible. 
  1. How to Enter: 
  • Purchase any Maleny Soft Dairy product during the Promotion Period that you did not purchase in April 2024. 
  • Each new purchase of a line = 1 entry  (buying numerous products of the same line does not = numerous entries) i.e. 1x 1.9kg strawberry yoghurt and 12×1.9kg Apricot yoghurts ordered = 2 entries total provided customer didn’t buy these flavours and sizes in April) 
  1. Prize: 
  • One (1) winner will receive a $2000 account credit with PE Foods. 
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  1. Winner Selection: 
  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 
  • The draw will take place before 10 June 
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 10 business days of the draw. 
  1. Claiming the Prize: 
  • The winner must claim their prize within 15 days of notification. 
  • If the winner does not respond within this time, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected. 
  1. Privacy: 
  • Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and notifying the winner.
  • Limitations: 
  • PE Foods reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an invalid entry. 
  • PE Foods is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries. 
  1. Liability: 
  • PE Foods and Maleny Soft Dairy are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in this promotion or using the prize. 
  1. Changes to Terms: 
  • PE Foods reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice. 
  1. Governing Law: 
  • This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
