Peter Einersen

Peter Einersen founded PE foods as a manufacturers agent for Staminade, a sports drink supplement. Peter drew on his considerable experience working in the wholesale and distribution industries prior going into business for himself.
 
In 1990 Peter diversified the business to become a bakery ingredient wholesaler, ultimately priding itself on being a one stop shop supplier.
 
Peter has held several prominent board roles including Countrywide and Australian Bakery Services buying groups.
 
Peter takes a great interest in the investment of IT development in the business to ensure that we are ahead of the current trends.
 
Peter is immensely proud of what the business has grown into today.

Matthew Einersen

Matt has been involved with PE foods since 2001 and has driven and diversified the business from a small bakery wholesale ingredient supplier to an all encompassing food distribution business catering to many segments of the food service industry. Throughout this process he has driven the acquisitions of Jimele Distribution, B&D Selected Fine foods, France Gourmet, Epicurean Gold ,Chefs Best and now Gourmet 2 U operating throughout 5 facilities. The business range has grown to over 6442 product skus under his leadership which are procured from Australia and around the world.

Matt is extremely proud to have seen our team grow to the size it is today. Its important to him that the team are recognised for their significant & valuable contribution which provides the very best customer experience.

Nalin Nettikumara

With over 20 years of commercial experience in manufacturing and logistics and a solid foundation in audit and assurance from Ernst & Young, Nalin brings a wealth of expertise to P.E. Foods. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, he oversees the company’s financial strategies, administrative functions, and digital transformation efforts.
 
A certified member of CPA Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Nalin works closely with stakeholders, financial advisers, and tax experts to ensure the company’s growth and stability. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, playing badminton, and contributing to his community through various initiatives.

In 2017 Patti joined the family business as HR Manager before transitioning into the role of Chief People Officer. She brings a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR strategies align seamlessly with the company’s goals.
 
When she’s away from work, Patti enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and caring for her beloved animals.

With over 30 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, and fleet management—primarily within the food industry—Craig brings invaluable expertise to P.E. Foods. His role is highly diverse, encompassing the monitoring of operational performance across all depots, leadership and team management, and ensuring clear communication across all teams.
 
Craig is passionate about identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions, all while supporting the CEO by managing day-to-day operations to enable a focus on strategic priorities. When he’s not at work, Craig finds joy in the solitude of long-distance running and is always on the lookout for his next physical challenge.

Lauren Myers leverages her extensive experience as a chef and pâtissier in gourmet dining to drive growth for the Artisan & Specialty Food Division at P.E. Foods. Focused on the Foodservice and Gourmet Retail sectors, she collaborates closely with her sales team to deliver customiSed solutions, source unique and interesting products, and expand the business.
 
Lauren’s passion for culinary innovation is at the core of her mission to expose chefs to meaningful products, that come with a story. When she isn’t on the road with her team or at P.E. Foods HQ, she’s baking, fermenting, marinating, pickling and experimenting in her new home kitchen, with a sneaky glass of Rose.

With over 40 years of experience spanning all sectors of the bakery industry, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Paul has been with PE Foods for  19 years in an Sales and Account management roles. He is super passionate about being able to deliver innovative and exciting products that help grow our customers businesses.
 
Beyond PE Foods, Pauls an avid sports fan, supporting both the Brisbane Lions and Brisbane Broncos passionately. He loves a cold beer or a good wine and is constantly expanding his culinary experiences, knowledge and taste both at home and dining out.
